Cancellation of Orders – Megazon

Orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed for a full refund immediately.
If an order is cancelled after the product has been dispatched, the refund will begin once the item is returned to our store.
Please note, partial order cancellations are not allowed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for return or replacement only if the item received is tampered, damaged, or does not match the specifications or dimensions ordered.

  • If a buyer chooses to return a product, the return packaging and shipping charges must be borne by the buyer.

  • For exchanges, the eligible refund amount will be credited to the customer’s Megazon Wallet, which can then be used to place a new order.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will initiate the refund process.
The refund will be issued after deducting the return courier/shipping charges.
Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under all circumstances:
Accessories, Lunch Bags, and Wallets.
